Loved, loved, loved this place! Clean, beautiful view, private, loaded with amenities and very well located to access any of the island's south beaches. My toddler enjoyed the pool (which was literrally steps from the porch) and the sandy beach (which was less than 5 min walk on the property's path through a mangrove where we saw nature at its best). Highly recommend Casa Heywood!

Condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. But the bed? Wow. Best sleep I have had in a while! Nice view, friendly staff. Great beach. Couldn't ask for anything more. Host is very attentive and responds to all your questions and concerns quickly! The condo is clean and spacious for a family of 4. Nice location in front of the sandy beach, and the pier for the dive operation pick up is within walking distance. I would definitely stay this condo next time when I visit Cozumel!

We love this place since it has everything for us. Being divers that appreciate being on the S side of the island I don't think you can ask for more. Quiet comfort surrounds you. Pack light W/D works great. We have been coming to RR since 2002 and wont stay anywhere else on the island and 7110 is our home away from home when we can get there.

Casa Heywood is wonderful. We spent many relaxing hours on the patio watching the ocean and reading our kindles. The bed was super comfortable. Almost anything you might need is here, coolers, blow up toys, some spices, paper towels, even a first aid kit. We appreciated that people left behind things like sunscreen, bug spray, salt and pepper, etc and that they had not been disposed of. The unit is very large and spacious for the 2 of us. We have been staying at RR for about 15 years. This was our first time in Bld 3 and we love the layout. Everything was as advertised. The owners make everything very easy. Easy access to the pool or beach. We are divers so it is a short walk to the pier for pick up. Wifi is a breeze. . .

This condo is perfect! It is fully equipped with everything you might need like pots and pans in the kitchen, toaster oven and coffee maker, beach towels and beach bags. The king size bed and pillows are very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer came in handy. The closeness to the beach and dock was also helpful as we took a tour to El Cielo and were picked up at the nearby dock. . .
